MechConnect specializes in manufacturing custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and box build assemblies for the Aerospace and Space industries in our 70,000 square foot facility. We proudly support OEMs, system integrators, and Tier 1 suppliers with high-reliability interconnect solutions engineered for performance in the most demanding environments.

MechConnect is AS9100 and ISO 13485 Certified, ITAR registered, working toward CMMC Level 2 compliance, and we provide full AS9102 FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) documentation upon request. Our assemblies are built to exacting specifications using state-of-the-art tooling and wire processing equipment, supporting everything from prototyping to full-scale production in low and high volumes.

Each assembly undergoes 100% electrical continuity testing, with additional inspections including HiPot, insulation resistance, and mechanical stress testing available to meet stringent aerospace and spaceflight requirements.

We specialize in the construction of assemblies incorporating MIL-DTL-38999, MIL-DTL-5015, and other Mil-Spec and aerospace-grade connectors. Our team is experienced in routing solutions for tight envelopes, EMI/RFI shielding, and lightweight materials to meet weight and performance constraints for both atmospheric and orbital systems.
